We are seeking a results-driven Independent Recruitment Partner to support our talent acquisition efforts across diverse industries in the USA and Canada. This is a remote, contract-based opportunity ideal for experienced recruiters who thrive in a performance-driven environment and prefer flexible, independent work.
You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to successful placement. Compensation is provided on a success-fee basis , with competitive payouts per closure.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Identify and engage top talent using a variety of sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
Collaborate closely with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
Present shortlists of qualified candidates and support interview scheduling.
Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and provide regular updates.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Stay informed about market trends, talent pools, and industry best practices.
Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
Proven success in placing candidates across industries (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance, etc.).
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, including outreach to passive candidates.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Highly organized, proactive, and outcome-focused.
Based in the USA or Canada (or with experience recruiting in these markets).
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
