We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Director to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Director will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services across the organization. This role is responsible for driving initiatives in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and workforce development.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and offboarding.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
Oversee performance management systems and ensure consistency across departments.
Lead employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company policies.
Maintain and enhance compensation, benefits, and payroll administration processes.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Supervise and develop HR staff, providing leadership and coaching.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
HR certifications preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
