Job Description

In a creative & fast-paced environment like a mobile game developer such as Geometry Dash Lite, this role also involves coordinating between teams (design, programming, QA, marketing) to support staffing and wellbeing. Area Tasks Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
  • Screen applications / CVs.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
  • Prepare onboarding materials (contracts, NDAs, orientation schedule).
Employee Records & Database
  • Maintain up-to-date employee files (both digital and physical).
  • Update HR information systems (attendance, leave, performance reviews).
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee data.
Employee Relations & Support
  • Be a point of contact for routine HR questions from employees.
  • Assist with orientation sessions.
  • Help communicate company policies and benefits.
HR Operations & Administration
  • Prepare HR documents and reports as needed (headcount, turnover, etc.).
  • Assist with payroll support (timesheets, attendance verification).
  • Support in setting up training sessions or team building activities.
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Cross-Team Coordination
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g. art, design, programming, QA) to understand staffing needs.
  • Assist in coordinating scheduling of new hires in technical roles, for example ensuring they have necessary access/software/hardware.
Improvement & Process Support
  • Suggest improvements to HR processes.
  • Help maintain and update internal HR policies.
  • Assist in gathering data for HR metrics (e.g. hiring time, employee satisfaction).
Qualifications Requirement Description Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience 1-2 years experience in HR or administrative role; experience in tech / gaming / creative companies is a plus. Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organizational & time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • High attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal skills; ability to interact well across teams.
Other Requirements
  • Understanding of labor laws applicable in the company’s country.
  • Flexibility; able to multitask and work in fast-changing environment.
  • Passion for games or familiarity with mobile game development is beneficial.
