As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and hygienic for guests alike. Duties: Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs. Ensure proper handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, or carpet cleaning as required. Follow established housekeeping management procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in daily tasks. Requirements: Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively while performing multiple tasks. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays if necessary. A willingness to learn new skills related to housekeeping management.
