POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Housekeeper who can transform our vacation homes from “lived-in” to luxurious between each stay so our guests feel right at home from the moment they check-in. Whether deep cleaning the bathrooms or making the bed, as a valued team member, you'll dive headfirst into maintaining our luxury rentals to exacting standards, managing inventory, and swiftly reporting any maintenance issues. This position offers flexible hours, excellent hourly compensation and world-class scenery. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Thoroughly clean rental units in Aspen and Snowmass.
• Uphold our strict quality standards.
• Do laundry
• Use our cleaning checklists to ensure all properties are cleaned to our high standards.
• Use an inventory sheet to ensure units are appropriately stocked.
• Conduct self-inspections to ensure quality control.
• Report all maintenance issues to the cleaning supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of cleaning experience
• Able to work on weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Able to create positive experiences and be friendly in every interaction, including guests, homeowners, team members, contractors and vendors.
• Extremely responsive and reliable.
• Able to stay calm under pressure and prioritize urgent matters.
• Must possess high standards for degree of quality and attention to detail.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $30.00

Schedule:

• Regular business hours with availability to work weekends and holidays when necessary
