About HeyMaid We’re HeyMaid—a new, veteran-owned and operated home cleaning company on a mission to make our neighbors’ homes shine. We specialize in routine cleanings, deep cleanings (hello, baseboards), and move-in/move-out & post-construction resets. Our business model focuses on homes and small offices — no greasy restaurants or giant commercial spaces. • Clean homes and small offices following HeyMaid’s proven checklists.
• Perform all three of our signature services: Essential Cleans, Deep Cleans, and Complete Cleans (move-in/move-out & post-construction).
• Drive a company-provided vehicle to all jobs (you just need to get yourself to work) across a service area that may include Rutherford, Polk, Cleveland, and Henderson counties.
• Operate with precision and pride—every dust bunny is on your radar!
• Work solo or in teams depending on the job.
• Offer a warm, sincere experience for your customers.

Schedule & Perks

• Pay: $15 to $18 per hour based on experience
• Part-time: 15–25 hours/week (flexible scheduling)
• Flexible hours: Monday–Friday, mornings & afternoons only (no nights, no weekends—your free time stays yours)

What We’re Looking For

• Eye for detail—you notice the crumbs under the toaster
• Dependable, positive, and a team player
• Comfortable working independently or with a partner
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for several hours

Requirements Experience At least 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience. Driver's License Hold a valid driver's license. Reliable Vehicle Have a reliable to way to get to company office each day, before dispatching to jobs. Background Check Pass a standard criminal background check. Motor Vehicle Record Clean driving record to operate company vehicles. Drug Test Pass a standard, third-party drug test. Fluent in English Speak English fluently to communicate with peers and customers.
