Position : Growth Manager, Community and Affiliates

Location : Jacksonville Beach, FL

SUMMARY

#1 Priority: Build and grow GORUCK’s community of ambassadors, affiliates, and partners who live the brand and drive measurable growth.

As Growth Manager, you’ll be the front line of our community-driven marketing: recruiting, equipping, and supporting the people who help spread GORUCK to the world. You’ll run our Ambassador and Affiliate programs day-to-day, manage influencer relationships, coordinate product seeding, and make sure every initiative drives results.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be in the weeds, tracking performance, managing relationships, and ensuring everything runs tight from launch calendars to payout details. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own Ambassador & Affiliate Programs — Recruit, onboard, and support partners who represent the GORUCK brand.
• Drive Community Growth — Build authentic relationships that translate into brand awareness and revenue.
• Run the Details — Manage codes, tracking links, reporting dashboards, contracts, tax forms, payouts, and performance analytics.
• Execute Campaigns — Coordinate promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns with Marketing, E-commerce, and Brand teams.
• Support Influencer Partnerships — Align influencers with campaigns and provide assets and guidance to ensure on-brand content.
• Oversee Product Seeding & Bulk Orders — Manage requests, budgets, and logistics for product distribution to ambassadors, affiliates, and partners.
• Keep Us Organized — Maintain internal systems, campaign calendars, and content tracking to keep the Growth team moving fast.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 4–7+ years of experience managing ambassador, affiliate, or influencer programs — ideally for a fitness, outdoor, or premium lifestyle brand.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across multiple channels.
• Proven ability to manage details while staying focused on growth outcomes.
• Tech-savvy with affiliate dashboards, tracking platforms, and reporting tools.
• Grit, humility, and a no task too small mindset.
• Ability to travel between HQ (Jacksonville Beach) and our Jacksonville warehouse, with occasional event travel.
• Passion for fitness, community, and the GORUCK way of life.
