We are looking for a Full-Desk Recruiter to join our team! This role combines business development (sales) with hands-on recruiting. You will build relationships with clients, source candidates, and oversee the full hiring process. ✅ 1-3+ years of experience in staffing, sales, or recruiting.
✅ Strong sales mindset with the ability to close deals.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
