This Forklift Operator position is primarily responsible for ensuring inventory is accurate and transferred from delivery trucks to the appropriate storage area, including data entry into tracking system and use of FIFO. Additionally, the Forklift Operators are responsible for ensuring the Production Departments are efficiently furnished with dry supplies by operating the forklift to stage those items for pickup and delivery as requested.
Accountabilities: Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED; one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience with forklift operation in an inventory control / receiving role is a plus.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions.
• Must have ability to effectively present information before groups of customers or employees.
• Must have ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units or measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; along with the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Skills:
• Must have demonstrated computer skills and experience with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high stress environment where multi-tasking is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a factory issued lift truck operator’s license.
Hourly rate: $21.16 - $23.52
$1.50 shift differential for graveyard positions.

Compensation Package : - Starting at 21.62 USD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
