SmartTalent is looking to hire Forklift Operators for a client in Puyallup WA.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of Forklift experience and be able to work a swing shift.
TITLE: Forklift Operator
LOCATION: Puyallup WA
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 3pm – 1130pm
PAY: $18-$20 an hour DOE

About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping operations moving by ensuring pallets are handled safely, efficiently, and staged for outbound shipments. You’ll also roll up your sleeves for hands-on warehouse work when you’re not on the forklift.
What You’ll Do:
· Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move pallets of product to designated staging areas for loading.
· Assist with manual warehouse tasks, including:
· Hand-stacking product.
· Building and wrapping pallets.
· Organizing materials for shipment.
· Work closely with team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience operating a sit-down forklift (certification preferred, but training may be provided).
· Ability to perform manual warehouse tasks off the forklift.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
· Dependability, teamwork, and a solid work ethic.
