Position Summary
A growing financial services company is hiring a Financial Analyst to support the review and evaluation of merchant applications. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with an interest in finance, risk analysis, and underwriting, and offers hands‑on exposure to underwriting decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review merchant applications and supporting financial documentation
- Assist senior underwriters with risk assessments and deal evaluations
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate client and deal data
- Support underwriting and approval workflows
- Communicate internally regarding application status and required documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Interest in finance, underwriting, or risk assessment
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Prior underwriting or financial experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work full‑time in an in‑office environment
