Key Responsibilities - Coach & Mentor: Guide professionals navigating career and leadership transitions through structured coaching conversations.
- Client Consultations: Conduct Zoom or phone-based strategy sessions to identify goals and create actionable growth plans.
- Digital Engagement: Use online platforms to connect with and engage aligned clients.
- Operate Independently: Manage your coaching practice within a proven mentorship framework.
- Continuous Growth: Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training.
