We have an immediate opening for an Entry Level Events Assistant t o support live campaigns, fundraisers, and promotional events for nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands.
No prior experience is needed — we provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on guidance . This role is perfect for anyone looking to gain practical experience in event management, public engagement, and team collaboration .
Assist with event setup, on-site support, and breakdown
Engage attendees and communicate campaign or brand initiatives
Provide outstanding customer service during events
Support the team in meeting attendance, outreach, and engagement targets
Track and report on event success and suggest improvements
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
18+ years old with U.S. work authorization
Energetic, personable, and comfortable interacting with the public
