Description Position Overview The Entry-Level Accountant will assist with day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, general ledger maintenance, and project coordination support. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies. Accounts Receivable (AR) Prepare and send customer invoices. Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding balances. Billing & Project Support Assist with project-related billing and cost tracking. Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting. General Ledger Post journal entries and maintain accurate records. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Administrative & Coordination Tasks Support financial documentation for projects. Maintain organized files and assist with audits as needed.
