Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Responsible for preparing, scanning, and indexing documents into the electronic medical record (EMR) system. + Organizes and maintains health information records. + Reviews pre-electronic medical record (EMR) and electronic chart documentation ensuring correct patient, location, and no duplicate information. + Manages requests for documentation and information. + Locates, logs, retrieves, files, and delivers medical records stored in various mediums and systems. + Other duties as assigned. You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualifications:** + High School Diploma / GED + Must be 18 years of age OR older + Ability to work full time onsite at N17W24100 Riverwood Dr Waukesha, WI 53188 + Ability to work 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 1+ years of experience in Health Information Management + Medical terminology experience + Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (create, edit, save documents and spreadsheets) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management) Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $16.00 - $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment.
