Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Debt Consultant to join our team. As a Debt Consultant, you will work in our call center environment helping consumers who have applied for help resolving their unsecured debt. 

Responsibilities include:

• Take inbound calls from consumers interested in our services
• Make outbound calls to consumers who have inquired about our services online
• Evaluate potential clients' situation and provide options to help pay off their debt
• Quote payment options and explain program details
• Effectively manage a client pipeline ensuring proper follow-up
• Be thorough and detailed with the presentation, information gathering and completing client files
• Schedule is your option of Monday to Friday 9a-6p OR 10a-7p

Requirements:

• 1+ years of prior debt settlement or related inside sales experience required 
• The ability to efficiently and effectively manage a sales pipeline
• Must be energetic and self-motivated
• Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Be proficient with computers, especially with MS Office and CRM tools
• Must be within a commutable distance to our office in West Palm Beach, FL

Things You Should Know About This Role:

• This is a  phone sales position . You must be comfortable and effective on the phone throughout the day.
• You’ll be handling  inbound and outbound calls with motivated prospects seeking help with unsecured debt.
• Average first-year earnings range from $55K to $75K+ , depending on performance.
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (local time).
