Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Reports to work on each assigned day, at the assigned time. Schedule subject to change as needed.
- Separates, cleans, and repacks damaged products into appropriate sellable packages. Properly repacks all sellable products in accordance with repack standards.
- Segregates unsellable product for disposal.
- Ensures repack room is clean, and table and racks are neat and organized.
- Complies with all safety rules and regulations.
- Cleans areas as assigned by manager.
- Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Maintains NFS’ culture of dignity and respect and works as a productive member of a team.
- Attends North Florida Sales meetings as required.
- Adheres to all Anheuser-Busch policies and State Beverage Laws.
- Wears only company provided uniforms.
- All other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Communication Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to write reports or correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate well with customers. Must be proficient in the use of electronic communication devices, such as cell phones, pads, computers, etc., and handheld scanners as needed for various warehousing activities.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or scheduled form.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly and consistently lift and move up to 35 pounds repetitively. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

The work environment is typical of those found in warehouse settings. Additionally, employees consistently encounter cold temperatures of less than 60° , and distinct odors associated with beer.
