Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wilson, North Carolina. In this Contract position, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, ensuring accurate and helpful information is provided. - Process orders and maintain accurate data entry to ensure seamless service delivery. - Handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively while addressing customer concerns. - Assist customers with bank deposit-related queries, ensuring proper documentation and resolution. - Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and maintain customer satisfaction. - Follow established protocols to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns in a timely manner. - Maintain a positive and attentive demeanor during all customer interactions. - Provide detailed updates to customers regarding the status of their requests or orders. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering top-notch service. Requirements - Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is required. - Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively. - Strong skills in order entry and maintaining accurate records. - Ability to assist with bank deposit-related inquiries and processes. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Adept at managing customer interactions with professionalism and empathy. - Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently. - Familiarity with customer service software and tools is preferred.
