TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time intensivist to join our critical care team at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina near Charlotte, NC. Piedmont Medical Center is a 288-bed, full service hospital with a 24-bed ICU. This will be a flexible block schedule averaging 14-15 shifts per month primarily from 7:00am- 7:00pm with night rotations split among the team.
Responsibilities for this position include rounding, admitting and discharging of ICU patients. Also rotating call for the ICU at Piedmont in Fort Mill. The average patient census per day is 18-20 encounters including 3-5 admissions split between two intensivists and APC support.
