Manage booking logistics for travel, lodging, meeting space, group dining, and experiences
Serve as a main point of contact for clients, vendors, and service partners
Ensure timely updates, confirmations, and communication throughout the planning process
Monitor travel trends and event best practices to enhance future planning strategies
Maintain accurate event documentation and reservation details
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
A client-focused approach with professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fully remote role with dependable internet access
Familiarity with travel or event planning software is a plus, but not required
Previous experience in travel coordination, event planning, or hospitality is beneficial
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
