This role ensures that contracts are accurate, compliant, and executed in a timely manner, while serving as a liaison between internal departments, clients, and vendors. **Key Responsibilities:** + Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, purchase orders, and vendor agreements. + Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. + Maintain a centralized contract repository and track key dates such as renewals, expirations, and deliverables. + Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and operations teams to support contract lifecycle management. + Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies. + Assist in the development and implementation of contract templates and process improvements. + Provide guidance and training to staff on contract procedures and best practices. + Support audits and reporting requirements related to contracts. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. + 2-5 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role. + Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software. + Strong communication and negotiation skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., construction, healthcare, IT]. + Familiarity with ERP systems or contract lifecycle management tools. + Paralegal certification or legal background is a plus.
