At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Contracts Administrator Associate you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on the Contracts Administrator Associate joining our team to support our Defense Division Contracts Team.

HOW A CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Assists with administration of contracts through negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, financial reporting, and service delivery
  • Participates in the evaluation of proposals for adherence to company policies and client requirements
  • Participates in formulating, submitting, and negotiating contract proposal modifications
  • Assists with preparation of status reports and data calls
  • Oracle data entry review and analysis as member of the Oracle Set-Up Team
  • Performs all duties with an emphasis on customer service and constant communication with internal/external customers and your manager

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience: 0-2 years of related experience in Contracts Administration, Subcontract Administration, or related experience
  • Required Technical Skills: Familiarity of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Forms) and SharePoint
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Effective administrative, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to operate independently, utilize problem-solving skills and brief management, as required.
  • Clearance : No clearance required
  • Location : This position will require working onsite at our GDIT Facility in Falls Church, VA
  • U.S. Persons required

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $25.13 - $27.60. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
