Job Description
We are seeking a talented Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing internal and external communications, supporting company initiatives, and ensuring our message aligns consistently with our brand values. This position offers a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute communication plans that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Develop, edit, and distribute internal communications, press releases, and company announcements.
Assist in planning and managing corporate events and communication campaigns.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Monitor and maintain company materials to ensure consistency and professionalism across all channels.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and key communication materials.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools.
