Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, and supporting the development of strategic messaging. This position requires strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt within a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies and campaigns.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure message alignment and timely delivery.
Prepare, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and internal announcements.
Maintain and organize communication materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Support event coordination and public relations initiatives.
Monitor and report on communication effectiveness to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
