Responsibilities:
Handle family law cases including divorce, custody, and support matters
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Represent clients in court and settlement negotiations
Assist with trial preparation
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver effective legal solutions
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
Active Washington State Bar membership
Family law experience preferred but not required
Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
Ability to manage cases independently and work in a team setting
