Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Home Health Visits

Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in a home health setting
Follow physician orders and treatment plans under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist (PT)
Deliver therapy that helps patients achieve independence and improve their quality of life

What you bring:
Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license/certification required
Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
1+ year of experience required, Home Health experience preferred
Sound judgement and a passion for patient care and outcomes
