What We Offer * Guaranteed income during training * $60,000 – $150,000+ first-year earning potential * Five-day work week (Closed Sundays) * Ability to draw inventory from sister stores with 1,000+ pre-owned vehicles * Bonus and incentive programs, including employee vehicle purchase and lease plans * Active prospecting and follow-up department to support your success * Competitive starting wage * Full training with an experienced mentor and strong management support * Career growth opportunities across 13 dealerships * Comprehensive benefits package: * Medical, Dental, and Vision * Short- and Long-Term Disability * 401(k) * FREE Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * Employee and local business discounts Key Responsibilities * Build strong relationships by delivering exceptional customer service * Identify customer needs through effective listening and questioning * Demonstrate vehicles, including test drives * Guide customers through the vehicle delivery process, ensuring understanding of features, warranties, and documentation * Maintain knowledge of inventory, features, accessories, and benefits * Coordinate with service and body shop departments to ensure timely vehicle reconditioning * Attend dealership and manufacturer training sessions and sales meetings * Maintain prospecting and owner follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business * Review performance regularly to improve time management and results * Understand automotive terminology and stay current on product and technology updates * Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations governing retail auto sales * Follow all company safety policies and promptly report any incidents Qualifications * Automotive sales experience is NOT required * Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Sales or customer service experience is a plus (restaurant, finance, account management, hospitality, etc.) * Professional appearance and demeanor * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Why Join Us We are the preferred dealer group in Central Illinois, known for outstanding customer satisfaction, quality service, and strong workplace culture.
