Responsibilities:
• Decorate cakes and other bakery items according to company standards and customer requests.
• Take and manage custom cake orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist customers in choosing the most suitable cake designs, flavors, and sizes based on their preferences and event needs.
• Maintain adherence to brand standards, ensuring all products meet quality and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain inventory levels and order products and supplies as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
