Job Description:

As a Bilingual Store Associate at DM Shapewear, you will play an essential role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You’ll assist with product selection, answer customer inquiries, and ensure the store is organized and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, have a passion for fashion and customer service, and be eager to help our customers feel confident and beautiful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
• Provide expert advice on shapewear products, including fit and style recommendations.
• Assist customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain knowledge of current product offerings, promotions, and trends.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Process transactions and manage the cash register.
• Assist with visual merchandising and display setups.
• Support team members to meet store goals and provide outstanding service.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• A passion for fashion and helping customers feel their best.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
