We’re looking for enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to provide outstanding support to our customers while enjoying a flexible work environment. This role allows you to split your time between working from home and collaborating with your team in the office.
You’ll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every customer receives top-quality assistance. Our ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when assisting customers
Handle incoming calls, emails, and online requests with accuracy and care
Process orders and update customer information in our system
Work closely with teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth communication across departments
Document customer interactions and follow up on open issues
Contribute ideas to improve the overall service experience
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Experience in a customer service or support role
Strong computer and multitasking skills
Self-motivated and able to stay organized in a hybrid setting
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
