SEASONAL BARISTAS - are you a experienced baristas with great team/customer service skills? AND are looking for a great seasonal position (November - January) in SAN DIEGO?

We are looking to hire three honest, energetic, outgoing and service oriented individuals with integrity that love to have fun, yet work hard and take initiative. That are passionate about craft coffee and being in service to others. If this sounds like you, then Cuppa Cuppa may be a great fit.

We are our customers EVERYDAY coffee shops. The places they can count on EVERYDAY to deliver Great Quality In-House roasted coffees, local artisan pastries and clean foods in a Fast and Friendly way. Our first location, Cuppa Cuppa Coffee Shack, is a very fast paced drive thru shop, that we’ grown over the past 16years. We also have a small cafe in the neighborhood, Cuppa Cuppa Coffee Lab. Both are near San Diego State and USD, so a great opportunity for a college student staying in town for the holiday with espresso experience. We may be small in size, but big on volume and serious on Quality and Customer Service.

Job Descriptions

2 EXPERIENCED BARISTAS -PART-TIME

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL

• 1 year Craft coffee experience a must.
• Experience on semi-automatic machine.
• Smiley, Happy, Self Aware with a true Sense of Urgency
• Strong Work Ethic 
• You work well and enjoy a fast paced environment. 
• You are able and willing to adapt and innovate to ensure success of the team. 
• You are a successful multi-tasker, and can remain calm and collected during peak times and under stress.
• Availability of 2-3 days minimum. We are open 7 days a week. No evening shifts.
• Service to others must come naturally - selfless vs selfish
• Keen awareness and action to staying healthy at work and in personal life
• Must be able to lift 40lbs

PLUSES

• Cold brew and nitro system experience a plus (kegs and nitrogen etc).
• Drive thru experience a plus.
• Cafe experience a plus.
• Latte art 
• Some college to actively seeking college degree

Job Type: Part-time

Hourly Rate: $17.25 to $18.00 /hour (determined by position and experience). PLUS GOOD TIPS
