Kumon Math & Reading Center Of Madison in Madison, MS is looking for a part-time center assistants to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

Anticipated Start Date: Monday, September 8, 2025

Responsibilities

• Assist, guide, and support students according to the Kumon principles
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing student learning plans
• Provide a positive and nurturing learning environment
• Engage & communicate with Instructor regarding student performance
• Grade student work & maintain student records
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Proficient in Math & Reading (Assessment will be required)
• Ability to remain patient and positive with students
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail

Our Ideal Candidates will also:

• Be available to work: Monday-Thursday, 3pm-6pm OR 4pm-6pm. Preference given to those who can work additional hours during the daytime.
