**Summary** Join Chenega in supporting the **U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)** mission in Alexandria, VA. As an **Armed Security Guard** , you'll be the first line of defense, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and sensitive operations. This is your opportunity to serve with purpose and professionalism. **Responsibilities** **_This position is overnight: 1745-0605_** + Provide armed security and access control at designated USACE facilities. + Monitor and patrol premises to prevent unauthorized access or incidents. + Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches promptly. + Prepare accurate incident and activity reports. + Maintain compliance with all post orders, SOPs, and federal regulations. **Qualifications** + Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably with a civilian police force, military, or civilian security organization. + Active Secret Clearance. + Current CPR & OC Spray certification. + Active DCJS license. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. + Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends. + Strong situational awareness and communication skills. + High school diploma. + Successfully be able to meet PAT physical agility standards. + 1.5 mile run in 17:30 minutes + 19 push-ups in 2 minutes + MMPI test _Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_ + Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment. + Prior armed security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred. + Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
