We’re hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to keep our 370-unit apartment community running smoothly. If you like fixing things, solving problems, and helping people feel at home – we’d love to meet you!
$23–$25/hr based on experience
Quarterly bonuses – earn up to $3,000/year
On-call bonus – earn up to $2,000/year
401(k) with 3% match

Fix common apartment issues (leaks, appliances, HVAC, etc.)
Prep and refresh units for new move-ins
Troubleshoot basic electrical and plumbing problems
Keep the property looking sharp and running safely
Rotate on-call emergency duties with the team
Have 1+ years of general maintenance or handyman experience
Know your way around tools, repairs, and home systems
Enjoy working with your hands and being active
Have (or are open to getting) an HVAC or EPA certification – a plus!
Are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work
