Job Description

Overview :

We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Email Program Manager to oversee and scale our email affiliate operations. This person will be responsible for managing publisher relationships, executing email campaign strategies, ensuring deliverability, and driving performance through optimized affiliate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and optimize relationships with email list owners and affiliate publishers

• Coordinate and launch high-converting email campaigns

• Negotiate and track affiliate deals, rates, and placements

• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly

• Ensure compliance with email best practices (CAN-SPAM, unsubscribe flows, etc.)

• Collaborate with design/copy teams on creative and copy when needed

• Maintain accurate reporting, attribution tracking, and revenue forecasting

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in affiliate or performance marketing, ideally with a focus on email

• Strong understanding of email marketing metrics, platforms, and regulations

• Relationship-building skills to manage publisher and vendor partnerships

• Analytical mindset and comfort with campaign reporting

• Familiarity with affiliate networks and tracking platforms (e.g., HasOffers, Everflow, Tune)
