A well-funded Jacksonville Med Spa is relaunching under new ownership and seeking a Founding Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) to help build the clinical and operational foundation of the practice. This RN will play a visible, hands-on role across aesthetic treatments, patient experience, and day-to-day med spa operations as the brand relaunches and scales.
You’ll work alongside NP/PA providers, deliver aesthetic services such as microneedling , support wellness and IV offerings, and help define how care is delivered — not just follow a pre-built playbook. As the first Aesthetic RN , your voice matters.

This is a confidential, acquired wellness + medical aesthetics med spa preparing for debrand and relaunch in Jacksonville.
Must-Have
Active Florida RN license in good standing.
Ability to work on-site in Jacksonville and reliably meet minimum coverage (≥30 hrs/week, ≥2 Saturdays/month, and 3+ weekdays reliably).
Strong clinical safety and protocol discipline with confidence supporting IV/venipuncture workflows and patient education/follow-up.
Nice-To-Have
Experience in aesthetics, wellness, or IV therapy (med spa, laser, IV center, derm/plastics outpatient).
Injectables readiness under a delegated spa model on Day 1 (preferred) or clear interest in a supported progression pathway; microneedling experience is a plus.
