Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable and Payable.
• Reconcile Bank and Credit Card Accounts.
• Process Payroll.
• Strong Attention to Detail.
• Discretion in Handling Confidential Information.
• Provide excellent support to team members and clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in administrative or bookkeeping roles preferred.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel helpful.
• Professional Attitude / Demeanor with the Ability to Multi-Task
• Thoroughness and Organizational Skills
