Requirements:
• 4-year degree in Accounting or related field
o Full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, month-end close)
o Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills with large, complex spreadsheets
o Experience with GAAP, sales tax, and financial reporting
o Experience using accounting systems (QuickBooks or NetSuite); AI tools a plus
• Perform full-cycle accounting and finance duties for multiple legal entities, reporting to the CFO
• Maintain and manage large, complex accounting and financial schedules
• Handle vendor, client, and internal stakeholder communications
• Support ad-hoc accounting, finance, and business-related projects
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements
