The Management and Leadership Trainee is designed for individuals seeking a dynamic and rewarding career in business leadership and account management. This program provides hands-on experience and structured training across key operational areas, preparing participants to lead their own business unit in a fast-paced, evolving industry. Trainees gain exposure to essential business functions of how a branch is operated, managing P&L, managing employees, business development and industry product knowledge. You will be provided with all the tools and education to be successful as a future leader for the company. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles
• Leadership and initiative
• Entrepreneurial mindset • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Self-motivated, competitive, and team-oriented
